The Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission, after 3 years of deliberation, announced its conclusions about the Lockerbie case in the Scottish Parliament on June 28, 2007. Most of us were very pleased to learn that Megrahi had won a second appeal, although we were disappointed with the findings of the Court and how it had arrived at its conclusions. Dr. Hans Kochler, who represented the United Nations during the Lockerbie trial, has published two articles which reflect the opinions of many of those involved in trying to discover the truth behind the Lockerbie case.
