US District Court bans The Maltese Double Cross

A declaration by Gregory Quarton, brother of Ian Spiro, is on file for Case CIV 96-2495 in the U.S. District Court, Phoenix Arizona. The declaration shows that a movie on the Pan-Am bombing was made by a London movie director: Alan Frankovich, 89B Regents Part Road, London, England, telephone 011-44-586-4879, Fax 0-171-722-7803. It is reported that the movie was banned in the U.S.

2. The declaration implies that the cause of the Pan Am 103 bombing appears to be directly related to the fact that the CIA McKee team was on the flight. It is noted that many CIA people who knew the facts regarding the Iran-Contra negotiations and related Beirut details were killed, including Ian Spiro and his family.

3. The declaration implies that the actual persons responsible for the Pan Am 103 bombing are unknown, but some informed persons suspect that the responsible persons were persons working under the control of the Office of the President and/or the CIA, in an effort to limit knowledge regarding the actual facts of Iran-Contra and the related arms and drugs traffic.

The District Court case charges that several persons who had detailed information regarding money laundering and related drug traffic, including Iran-Contra were killed by "persons unknown" but with cover-up by the San Diego Sheriff's department and other government employees.
