Honored Madam Saudan,
I am schocked to learn that allegedly another wave of press hostility has been started against me and the firm Mebo AG. You have Yourself witnessed several times how Mebo AG (Meister, Bollier, Lumpert) - since the first confrontation with international legal aid - has acted in a far more helpful and positivve manner than called for in cases of legal and administrative requests. Mebo has - on itīs very own - continuously passed on new information and documents to the authorities since the beginning of the 1990īies, in order to find truth in the "Lockerbie-swamp".
am very alienated, as I have to hear from the press, that another suspicion of "complicity" against me and/or Mebo AG is under way; this time allegedly based on comments/information from Your very own office!
It would surely have been much easier for You, with help from the present files (in connection: MEBO-Lockerbie), to make it clear to the press, that the infringements of the Law of Explosives and Law of War Material cannot be related to MEBO-Bollier. At least that is what I assume;-
- otherwise it would be my opinion that I, as a citizen in the Swiss state governed by law, am supposed to be alerted and informed by the actions of the authorities, in order to be able to clear any doubt.
The journalistical "points", such as...."he denies...remains unclear whether any investigation into the Zurich firm MEBO is carried out...yet Mebo confessed....confusion....new drama...he defends himself on the Internet....etc." are clearly formulated in such a way as to discredit me and MEBO as untrustworthy. Could this possibly be a planned action against MEBO and me, seen in the light of the upcoming date in the trial at Camp Zeist ?
I am asking You to inform me whether there really are investigations being carried out, investigation that would weaken my role as a witness at Camp Zeist ?
