The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Great Jamahiriya, who represents the interest of USA in Libya, has submitted documents in english including accusations from the Public prosecutor of the State of Columbia to the Director of Counselar Affairs in the Great Jamahiriya.
The Public Prosecutor has accused two Libyan citizens to be involved in the Pan Am Flight 103 that crashed over Scotland in 1988.
The People's Committee of Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation has considered these documents and found out it is based on juridical contents, therefore it has been decided to submit these documents to the General People's Committee of Justice for an analytical study and to judge it in accordance with the law and juridical process in Libya.
Here, the people's Committee of Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation will deliver the result to the Kingdom of Belgium as soon as the people's Committee of Justice end its investigation.
