Honored Madam collegue,

I am referring to the writings of Mister Bollier from 8. and 9. March 2000 and would like to confirm that we are acting in the interest of Mebo AG, as well as acting on behalf of their board, Mr. Bollier and Meister, regarding the business of the Lockerbie case. We already had had the opportunity to talk about the backgrounds of the Lockerbie business during the last legal aid-affair.

Naturally, we are somehow surprised that the High Court Magistrate, possibly based on the information of the legal aid-affair, suddenly 11 years after the attack on Pan Am 103, starts an investigation into a possible infringement of the Explosive material Law and the Law of War Materials, then tipping of the press with a hint that the firm Mebo Ag and itīs board are the center of the investigations.

It should be out of the qauetion from the very beginning that an electric timer clock does not fall into the premises of the Explosive Material Law. It should also be evident that such a timer cannot be qualified as to fall under the premises as a "detonator-device" in the context of Article 1, litra A, number 6 of the War Material Order in regard to the Law of January 10th, 1973. It has appearantly added to the beginning of the investigation, that for years the media has falsely defined the timer produced by Mebo AG as a "detonator-device".

As Mister Biollier has informed me, You have suggested a new meeting in Zurich on March the 29. Yet, as I during that particular week am doing military service in the outskirts of Bern, I suggest we meet either in Bern, or in the week of April 3. in Zurich.

I kindly ask You to call me in this matter, in order to clear this question as soon as possible. It is undoubtly very important to my client that a correctional message shall appear in the media, since such suspicions are grave and cause massice loss of economic goodwill.
