SUMMATION OF THE LOCKERBIE?TRAGEDY, KAMP VAN ZEIST TRIAL AND THE ASSUMED 300 MIO.$ COVER - UP
Could it be that uncounted individuals will now have the courage and grace to admit that KAMP VAN ZEIST is actually the LEGAL BLUNDER OF THE CENTURY., in an attempt to keep Libya;- a nation of only 5,5 mio. citizens;but incredibly rich in oil - out of the picture of world-politics, while also preventing Libya to i.e. interfere with the middle-East process of great injustice! And with the always present shadow- assumption that Syria, Iran or the Palestinians could also have been the true perpetrators of the plot to destroy Pan Am 103, these nations too had been fitted with a political muzzle for the past twelve years. This system was organized and working so well that i.e. US-news media were not permitted or free to report neutrally, on the Lockerbie events! It is only a few months ago - when the trial seemed to run aground in the foggy judicial and legal construction, that US-news media began reporting the possibility that the two Libyans might walk free under the verdict of "not guilty" or "not proven"!
We. all saw the "very prominent" star-witness of the US-government:
Giaka, totally cave in. For more than ten years we all had been fed the
story that Giaka was THE man to clearly help put the two Libyan suspects
behind bars for life: we then observed a spectacle of Giaka being escorted
into Kamp van Zeist by 30 grim-looking gun-toting US Marshals. The subsequent
Giaka-performance was then so poor that any Ringling-Brother performance
beat the show hands down!
And then the entire prosecution-and defense-team leaped forward to
suddenily let us know that a Palestinian terrorist had died in Norway where
just the right authorities discovered just the right documents in this
dead ex-terrorists belongings, that were now pointing the finger at "clearly"
Palestinian- /Syrian responsibility for the Lockerbie-tragedy! The ex-terrorist
in Norway was now conveniently dead and could no longer be interrogated.
This now offered the greatest opportunity for all Kamp van Zeist officials
to add at least one month of well-paid vacation, while allegedly pleading
with Syrian. government sources to deliver a further document to verify
the contents of the Norwegian discovery.
I personally believe that all the manure produced before and during KAMP van ZEIST Far is fit to fertilize the "largest farm of the century"! Every single possible effort was wilfully orchestrated to clearly divert from the fact that a meticulously planned conspiracy and-& never ending stream of cover-ups had Libya being targeted as the allegedly true perpetrator. The clearly prominent issues that could have produced clean-cut and down-to-earth evidence of unquestionable truth, namely the bare technical issues had been smartly and provocatively avoided and pushed aside by both, the prosecution and the defense alike! Even the dramatic and open, clear statement from Prof. Hitmar Schubert from the world-renowned Faunhofer-Institute in Germany, that the center of explosion of the alleged bomb could nut possibly have taken place from within the infamous container AVE 4041 PA, even such a vital piece of straight technical information did not move the prosecution nor the defense, nor the Lord Advocate or the judges to at least have this matter cleared beyond the shadow of a doubt. Prof. Schubert is a morn than 30-year veteran in (he field of explosives;-- yet he was willing to put his reputation at stake with his analysis!
Again, I strongly believe that the alleged remains shown of the suitcase and its contents, as well as another large number of so-called pieces or fragments of evidence, were never in the PanAm cargo-hold at the time of the alleged explosion! I base much of my assumtion on dry and clean-cut facts that I was able to collect via strictly technical evidence, particularly in connection with the alleged MST-13- and the :01egedly Lockerbie-recovered timer- and radio fragments
When I so well remember that years ago a Mr. Kujau came forward and claimed to be in possession of quite a number of Hitler-diaries, that subsequently about 50 experts from all over the world confirmed to be absolutely genuine, it strongly reminds me too of the entire forensic performance at Kamp van Zeist. Kujau then had the famous German magazine "Der Stern" pay 14 mio. German Marks for the "historic documents" and began publishing the first pages! Yet only weeks after cashing in on his "treasure" Kujau came forward and announced all diaries to be total forgeries! He demonstrated his ability to fool all the expert by producing some diary-paqes in full view of some witnesses. Kujau was subsequently charged and convicted to spend several years in prison;- but the 14 mio. DM were never recovered! Kujau died last year of cancer
Are we now allowed to gamble that Kujau;- or another one of the world so many master-forgers have also manufactured the now so famous Goben- letter that has allegedly been recovered from the dead ex-terrorists possessions in Norway? (whose contents the Syrians were to confirm in a document until January 8, 2001??) Many countries maintain laboratories and extensive staff for the simple purpose to produce forged evil dence; - anything from letters to fragments, electronic parts, photographs and so much more! A large amount of such forgeries have been used to ignite civil-wars, ... , ., . - - pl ots, to destroy innocent individuals, to incriminate, prosecute and convict innocent individuals, to gain economic advantages, to shift the political power-structure of the world, and, and ......
There are only very few professionals and dignitaries in the entire Lockerbie-affair that to my estimation have played an absolutely honest professional and. incredibly honorable and seriously effective position: Prof. Robert Black who singlehandidly ochestrated the legal format that proved to be so unique that i.e. ex-Presidents Carter and Mandela used it as the powerful instrument to convince the USA, Groat Britain, Holland, Libya and the UN to finally agree to a trial in a neutral country This came exactly at at a time where the almost comatose Lockerbie-subject was quietly vanishing without the "possibility" of a trial;- to then much silent delight of prosecution, forensic teams and defense alike! Such an outcome would have evened the way to prevent the. building up of an elaborate cover-up machinery in protection of the set strategy to convict the two Libyan suspects and Libya!
The ever deeper fogging of the Lockerbie-subject by the Kamp van Zeist proceedings also inspired uncounted individuals like journalists, authors, self-proclaimed and true experts in whatever field, to publish articles, books, technical assumtions and more, most of it in order to participate in the giant money-game that so far has widely dominated the "trial of the century" True specialists and experts who never asked for compensation or rewards came forward with evidence that far more exciting and reliable than i.e. the Goben-letters or the Giaka-testimony
Yet nobody from the legal community at Kamp van Zeist had the interest or curtesy to call such valuable witnesses into the stand! We are today all permitted to guess why:
I truly feel deeply sorry for the many relatives of the Lockerbie-victims. They had been promised an open trial with all relevant facts to be placed on crystal-clear tables.--- These tables then so quickly been tarnished that. nobody from the outside is now able to see through them !
Nobody actually knows what is being played under these tables! The truth is simply not allowed to penetrate the ever thickening fog: (or call it: cover-up) I wonder if the "trial of the century'' may not one clay be called: "the fraud of the century".--- I for one am convinced that we have all been had by an army of well-positioned actors of many professional fields (and they are unfortunately in the drivers seat), who knew the script and all the scenes of the play even before the trial started! A very sorrow performance to say the least!
If I had a say in this matter I would have strictly issued three medals of honor and gratitude only: one for Prof. Robert Black for his ingenious legal framework that clearly opened the doors for a trial in Kamp van Zeist, the one medal each for the promoters of a trial in a neutral country: ex-Presidents Carter and Mandela! That's it! All other officials in this sad "monopoli" have in my opinion miserably failed! I for one know that the real truth could have well emerged in this Lockerbie-tragedy;- if only everybody from the inner circle of Lockerbie-officials (forensic experts, prosecution, defense, judges etc.) had played their most honest open, totally unbiased and straight-forward roles, as promised at the outset of the Lockerbie investigation and then again before the start of the trial.
